Summer Shuttles

Emerald Bay Shuttle
Say goodbye to stressful, dangerous and environmentally harmful traffic and roadside
parking — and say hello to the Emerald Bay Shuttle!
Alongside the new shuttle service, 50 illegal and unsafe roadside parking spaces in
Emerald Bay will be removed to improve public safety. Roadside parking is unsafe,
illegal, and environmentally harmful. The parking restrictions are in place to protect you,
other visitors, and Lake Tahoe’s fragile natural environment.
Shuttles will operate 9am – 5pm, seven days a week, July 15 – September 28. Roundtrip
fares are $10 for adults, and $5 for kids 13 and younger.
We strongly urge you to book your ROUNDTRIP TICKET ahead of time. Cell reception
is unreliable at the shuttle stops. This also ensures you have a ride back from Emerald
Bay, as shuttle seats fill quickly. You may cancel your trip up to 45 minutes before your
scheduled departure for a full refund. No shows will not be refunded.
